$12/# of hanging weight of lamb. Average hang weight of 40-50#s. You will receive a whole lamb cut, wrapped and frozen. A mix of roasts, chops and ground lamb. Once processed you should expect roughly 25-35# of meat. Lambs are all grass feed and raised on open pasture! Pick up is required at Cains Processing Amery, WI.
